Delivery

Standard delivery for cards is 3-5 working days, and is £2.95, for orders under £35.

Free standard delivery on for orders over £35

All items are sent first class via Royal Mail. Cut-off time for shipping is 2pm.
We do not ship at the weekend, or on bank holidays.

Shipping to the EU

We aim to ship your items within 2-5 business days. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail’s International Standard or International Tracked service, which aims to deliver within 3-5 business days, though please allow extra time for any possible custom clearances. 

Please Note: Import VAT is payable on all orders. The postal operator or your local customs authority will contact you. Postal operators and couriers may also charge a customs clearance handling fee. 

For orders over €150 there may be other customs duties. 

This beyond the control, and not the responsibility of Daphne Fitch. The postal operator, or courier company who will deliver your order will advise you should there be any charges. It will be your responsibility to settle these before receiving your order.
