If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund within 28 days upon receipt of item, but we cannot refund your original delivery, or return postage costs.

The items must be returned in perfect original saleable condition with the original paperwork and packaging. Please ensure your name, email address, order reference and reason for the return are also included.

The items are returned at your own cost and we recommend you obtain a certificate of postage as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the items in transit and items must arrive in the perfect original saleable condition in which they were received.

Unfortunately, any bespoke or made to order items are excluded from the above policy.

We do not offer an exchange service.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that you believe to have been damaged in transit please email us at shop@daphnefitch.com to inform us, along with photos of the damaged item and the packaging in which it was received. This must be within 48 hours of the item being received. We will replace the damaged items, and in the case of a replacement not being available, issue a refund.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap by emailing us at: shop@daphnefitch.com

If the order is cancelled before it is dispatched, then we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut-off time for shipping is 2pm. We do not ship at the weekend, or on bank holidays.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. The unwanted items will need to be returned for a refund. We are unable to refund original delivery costs. The items must be returned in perfect original saleable condition with the original paperwork and packaging. Please ensure your name, email address, order reference and reason for the return are also included.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 14 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

Lost Parcels

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing for 10 business days in the UK,  20 business days in Europe or 25 business days for the rest of the World, from the due date of delivery (1-3 business days UK, 3-5 business days Europe & 5-28 business days World Wide depending on destination).  If you believe your parcel has been lost, please send us an email. However, we ask that you to wait the specified number of days suggested by Royal Mail before contacting us.

Parcels must be reported to us as not being received within one month of receiving your shipping confirmation in the UK, and within two months worldwide, otherwise a replacement/refund cannot be issued.

Incorrect address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct address is entered at checkout.  Please double check the address provided is correct, as Daphne Fitch will not be responsible for parcels that have been sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer, and replacement items/refunds will not be issued as a result of this.
